Our project, CareerCompass is a groundbreaking platform we designed to bridge the gap between students and career opportunities in Jordan. Many students struggle with career uncertainty due to inaccessible guidance tools, limited exposure to diverse industries, and a lack of practical experience, which results in missed opportunities. CareerCompass tackles these challenges by offering a personalized app that connects high school and undergraduate students with internships and career advice. Our unique selling point lies in the tailored approach where students receive recommendations based on their interests and skills, ensuring meaningful and relevant career exploration. We aim to incorporate AI-driven career matching, industry partnerships, and interactive skill-building workshops to further support students in making informed career choices. Future product development will involve improving the efficiency and ease of use of the product with ongoing innovation and embracing emerging technologies. Based on user feedback and trend monitoring, the product will be developed to address the changing needs of the target market. Regional product growth will target neighboring countries, such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Growth will be aimed at expanding distribution chains, and the extension of localized customer care to spread the use of the platform and provide more opportunities for all users.
